End-User License Agreement (EULA) for ClickAi.ie

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and ClickAi.ie (“We,” “Our,” or “Us”) governing your use of our digital products, including software, automation tools, and digital content. By using or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our digital products for personal or business purposes. This license allows you to use the products to assist in your personal business operations but does not allow you to share or transfer the license to others.

2. Permitted Use
You may use the licensed products for:

Personal and business purposes in the context of running or managing your own business operations.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the products without prior written permission.
Resell, sublicense, or distribute the products without purchasing a whitelabel license.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or structure of the products.
Imitate or create derivative works based on the products.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
ClickAi.ie retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over all products provided. Users are prohibited from claiming any rights to the products unless they have purchased a whitelabel license. A whitelabel license allows users to sell or provide the products to their customers as if they were their own.

5. Termination
This license will be terminated immediately if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement or our Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the licensed products and destroy any copies.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the products. You use our products at your own risk, and we make no guarantees regarding their performance or suitability for specific purposes.

7. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to provide updates or modifications to the products at any time. These updates may be sent to you via email or through our website.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and the European Union (EU). Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
