At ClickAi.ie, we aim to provide clarity regarding our refund and returns process for our digital products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final, but we have outlined specific cases below where refunds may be considered.

1. No Returns Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, once access codes or downloads have been provided, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be requested under the following conditions:

The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
The product was purchased in duplicate or a billing mistake occurred.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under the conditions outlined above, please email info@clickai.ie with the following details:

Order number.
Description of the issue (e.g., duplicate purchase).
Any other relevant details to support your claim.
Refund requests will be reviewed, and if eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions
All digital products are non-refundable once access codes or download links have been provided, unless a billing mistake (such as duplicate purchases) is confirmed.

5. Exceptions
If you accidentally purchase duplicate products, we will issue a refund for the additional purchases after verifying the error.
